CPN-UML lawmaker Lila Kumari Bhandari has been elected unopposed as the Vice-Chair of the National Assembly.Assistant Spokesperson of the Federal Parliament Secretariat, Ananta Koirala, informed that only Bhandari's candidacy was filed within the time allotted for the registration of nominations for the Vice-Chair. The Secretariat had allocated time for nomination registration from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM on Sunday.Koirala stated that the proposer for Bhandari's candidacy is CPN-UML National Assembly Parliamentary Party leader Prem Prasad Dangal.
