Bhojpur. Dhruvraj Rai, born into a humble family in Nagi, Temkemaiyung Rural Municipality-4, western Bhojpur, in 2039 BS, has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Bhojpur, the sole constituency, representing the Labor Culture Party. Rai, who became a leader from his student days within the CPN (UML), served twice as the Student Union Chairman of Bhojpur Multiple Campus before being elected as the Chairman of Temkemaiyung Rural Municipality.
