Kathmandu. A hearing date has been set for the writ petition challenging the disqualification of Resham Lal Chaudhary, patron of the Nagarik Unmukti Party Nepal. Chaudhary's writ is scheduled to be heard by the joint bench of Justices Sapana Pradhan Malla and Abdul Aziz Muslim.
