Kathmandu. The Nepali Congress Kathmandu Metropolitan Committee is going to organize a 'Sukunda Rally' in Kathmandu on the eve of Diwali and Nepal Sambat. Metropolitan Committee President Sushant Baidya informed that the 'Sukunda Rally' is being organized in the inner alleys of Kathmandu targeting the community celebrating Nepal Sambat.According to him, the rally will start from Lagantol in Kathmandu on Saturday, November 7 at 4:00 PM.
