Kathmandu, Dec 16: Government has decided to accept Rs 14.38 billion soft loan to be provided by the Asian Development Bank for the public finance management and fiscal transfer.The Cabinet meeting held on Monday decided to hand over the building and 115 bighas of land under the joint registration of Pavan Kumar Sharda and Murali Lal Murarka to Ramkumar Sharad Uma Prasad Murarka Provincial Hospital at Lahan municipality of Siraha district.
