Kathmandu. The 'Alternative Development Finance Mobilization Bill, 2082' has been passed by the House of Representatives amidst slogans from the opposition in the rostrum. In the meeting of the House of Representatives on Thursday, Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle presented the proposal for clause-wise discussion on the bill. After the clause-wise discussion, the bill was passed by the majority of the ruling party MPs when Finance Minister Wagle presented it for passage.
