Kathmandu. A youth who attempted self-immolation in Sarlahi is undergoing treatment in Kathmandu. Vivek Mandal, a resident of Godaita Municipality-10, set himself on fire by sprinkling petrol on Friday.The 35-year-old Mandal was immediately brought to Kathmandu via army helicopter. According to SP Pawan Bhattarai of the District Police Range Kathmandu, Mandal is undergoing treatment at the Burn Hospital in Kirtipur.Relatives have informed the police that Mandal has mental health problems....
