Two individuals have been arrested on charges of swindling Rs 9.19 million by promising lucrative foreign employment opportunities.A team mobilized by the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office arrested 32-year-old Dipendra Kunwar of Salyan Sharada Municipality-4 and 24-year-old Ghane Budha of Bangad Kupinde Municipality-8, Salyan, for allegedly defrauding the victims with the promise of sending them to Bulgaria, said the office's spokesperson, Rameshwar Karki.The accused have been sent to the Department of Foreign Employment for further investigation and necessary legal action. ...
