The habeas corpus petitions filed by former minister and Congress leader Deepak Khadka and UML Lumbini Province MP Rekha Sharma have been scheduled for a hearing before the bench of Supreme Court Justice Shrikanta Paudel.The petitions were filed by Binita Khadka, wife of former minister Khadka, and Chintamani Sharma on behalf of Rekha Sharma. Former minister Khadka was arrested on Sunday for investigation into money laundering.
