Kathmandu. Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP), Nepal has expressed serious concern over the Lumbini Province Assembly Secretariat's decision to dismiss Province Assembly member Ambika Kafle. The party has termed the act of dismissing Kafle by publishing a notice of party defection through notice no. 4 issued on Bhadra 24 as illegal, unconstitutional, and contrary to the spirit of parliamentary practice.
