Kathmandu. Police have arrested a YouTuber on charges of broadcasting abusive and derogatory content against leaders, including Mayor Balendra Shah 'Balen'. A team from the District Police Office, Panchthar, apprehended YouTuber Roshan Pokharel.Panchthar DSP Anish Karna informed RatoPati that Pokharel, a resident of Phalgunanda Rural Municipality-7, was arrested and a 10-day remand has been granted by the court to initiate an investigation.
