Kathmandu. Former Chairman of the Telecommunications Authority, Bhupendra Bhandari, who was arrested in the Smart Telecom case, has been ordered released on bail by the court. After the hearing on Friday, Kathmandu District Court Judge Umanath Gautam ordered Bhandari to be released on a bail of 25 lakhs.
