The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has urged residents in coastal areas to exercise caution, forecasting rising water levels and heavy rainfall in various rivers and streams.According to the department, the water level at the Ratanpur water-measuring center of the Kateni River in Kailali district crossed the alert level at 4:40 AM on Monday.
