Kathmandu. Home Minister Sudan Gurung is set to conduct an on-site inspection of the Roshi River in Kavre. Following persistent complaints from local residents regarding the recurring problems caused by annual monsoon floods, Gurung is visiting the area today for a direct assessment.During the inspection, it is reported that Home Minister Gurung will evaluate the condition of flood-affected areas and study the current status of settlements and infrastructure at high risk.Gurung is prepared to issue directives to relevant agencies regarding necessary preparations, planning, and coordination to mitigate potential risks before the monsoon season begins....
