Rabi Lamichhane, Chairman of the ruling Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has urged opposition parties to maintain 24-hour surveillance over the government.Lamichhane made this suggestion while addressing the first meeting of the House of Representatives that commenced on Thursday. ‘I have a request for the opposition: please keep us under 24-hour surveillance,’ stated MP Lamichhane.
