Siraha. Locals of Betauana-Haripur in Golbazar Municipality-12 of Siraha are facing a drinking water crisis as water has not been coming to the hand pump in their courtyard. About 200 households are forced to line up at a neighbor's submersible pump to fetch water.Locals have to depend on the submersible pump installed at Mohan Jha's house in the village. There is a situation where one has to wait for hours to get two buckets of water.
