The investigation commission formed to probe the incidents involving Madhesi youth on Sunday submitted its report to Prime Minister Sushila Karki.After submitting the report, the commission's chairman, Gauribahadur Karki, stated that recommendations have been made for action against those who fired upon and ordered the firing on Madhesi youths in areas including Baneshwor, Kathmandu, on Bhadra 23.
