Kathmandu, 6 Falgun: Police have arrested three individuals and made a public announcement regarding their alleged involvement in defrauding people of NPR 4,470,000 by promising to send them for foreign employment in various countries.The arrested individuals have been identified as Saraswati Shrestha, 26, residing in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-8; Dipesh Shrestha, 38, residing in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-30; and Maniraj Rai, 48, residing in Khotang, Kaptangadi Rural Municipality-2, according to Ramshwar Karki, Spokesperson for the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office and Police Superintendent.He stated,
