Sarlahi. Former Mayor of Balara Municipality, Abhay Kumar Singh, has joined the Nepali Congress. Singh, who was recently a leader of the Loktantrik Samajwadi Party (LSP), was inducted into the party by Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa last night.Singh was elected Mayor of Balara Municipality from the then Rastriya Janata Party (RJP) in the 2074 local level elections.
