Kathmandu. The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a case against a government witness who gave adverse testimony in court in a case of revenue leakage by excavating riverine materials from the land of Sagarmatha Forest Development Project without collecting royalties. Spokesperson of the CIAA, Suresh Neupane, informed that a charge sheet was filed against Rajendra Raj Acharya, operator of Rasuwa Construction, at the Special Court, Kathmandu on Thursday, after he changed his statement during the investigation.
