Kathmandu. The government has directed local levels, identified as high-risk areas for Dengue, to conduct awareness programs as the summer season begins this year as well.Dr. Gokarna Prasad Dahal, Chief of the Vector-Borne Disease Branch at the Epidemiology and Disease Control Division of the Ministry of Health and Population, stated that local levels have been instructed to carry out awareness programs for the control and prevention of Dengue infection.
