Vote counting has begun in Lalitpur Constituency number 3.Lalitpur 3 Election Officer Punaram Khanal stated that counting commenced following the decision of the all-party meeting.According to him, counting started from the polling center in Ward Number 3 of Lalitpur Metropolitan City.
