Taplejung. Police have arrested a young man for posting a video on social media showing him cruelly killing a monkey by trapping it and setting dogs upon it. The arrested individual has been identified as 21-year-old Sangam alias Chappu Hembya, a resident of Ward No. 2 Singhpur in Hilihang Rural Municipality, Panchthar, currently residing in Thechambu, Ward No. 2 of Pathibhara Yangwarak Rural Municipality, Taplejung.
