Kathmandu. The government has invited suggestions regarding the draft of the Federal Civil Service Bill. The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration made the draft of the proposed bill public today and requested feedback within seven days.The proposed draft states that the civil service will be time-bound, IT-based, and include a performance evaluation system based on clear accountability for decision-making and service delays, as well as citizen engagement.The civil service is proposed to be based on a mixed structure of ranks and levels.
