Kathmandu. Tribhuvan University (TU) has initiated the process of removing the physical and organizational structures of party-affiliated student organizations from all its departments. The Student Welfare and Sports Directorate under the Office of the TU Vice-Chancellor has issued a letter to all departmental heads directing them in this regard. TU has taken this step based on the directive letters from the University Grants Commission and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
