Kathmandu. The main opposition party, Nepali Congress, is holding a discussion with its party's Chief Ministers from the provinces today. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 1:00 PM at the party's central office in Sanepa. The party presidents of all seven provinces and leaders of the provincial parliamentary parties will also participate in the discussion. It is reported that the meeting will focus on reducing the number of provincial ministries and making the government more effective.
