Kathmandu. Police have arrested two people with brown heroin from Birgunj, Parsa. Those arrested are Rahul Singh, 20, residing in Birgunj Metropolitan City-32, and Nandan Gupta, 19, from Simra Jitpur Sub-Metropolitan City-7, Bara. 8 grams 40 milligrams of brown heroin were recovered from the accused arrested on Jestha 2 from the Katagenwa road section of Birgunj-31, said DSP Haribahadur Basnet of the District Police Office, Parsa, told Ratopati.The accused were coming from Bhediyahi towards Milanchowk on a Splendor motorcycle numbered Na.39 Pa 2532.
