Kathmandu. Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal is departing for Fiji and Australia tonight. A four-member Nepali delegation led by Minister Khanal is going to Fiji to participate in the 'Pre-COP Leaders Event' related to climate change, his secretariat informed.
