Kathmandu. The Election Commission has announced that all preparations for the House of Representatives election have been completed. Speaking at a press conference organized on Wednesday on the eve of the election, Acting Chief Election Commissioner Ramprasad Bhandari informed that necessary election materials have reached all polling centers across the country.
