Kathmandu. The government has estimated a loss of approximately Rs 4 trillion due to the flood in the BhoteKoshi river in Rasuwa on Bhadra 10.At a regular briefing organized here today by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority, the authority's executive chief Dr. Dharamraj Upreti informed that the preliminary estimate of the damage is Rs 387.54 billion. He stated that detailed information is yet to come.He also said that a preliminary estimate of Rs 7.95 billion is needed for the initial restoration of various sectors in four months.
