Kathmandu. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forest and Environment has claimed that more than 5.58 lakh metric tons of chemical fertilizer have been supplied so far in the current fiscal year. Minister Gita Chaudhary made this claim while responding to questions from members of the National Assembly during Thursday's session. According to her, out of 5.58 lakh 5 thousand 22 metric tons of fertilizer supplied in the current fiscal year, 4.68 lakh 16 metric tons have already been sold and distributed to farmers.
