Kathmandu. Kathmandu police have arrested a fugitive defendant in a banking offense case. A police team dispatched from the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office arrested 46-year-old Harkabahadur Budha, originally from Putha Uttarganga Rural Municipality-4, Rukum East, and residing in Lalitpur, from Kalanki on Wednesday.The District Court Kathmandu had issued an arrest warrant for Budha on January 1, 2082 (Bikram Sambat) in a banking offense case.
