Kathmandu. National Assembly members have expressed dissatisfaction over the delay in the construction of the Kathmandu-Terai Expressway. They expressed this dissatisfaction on Monday at the National Assembly's Public Policy and Good Governance Committee meeting, while reviewing the monitoring conducted in the districts of Madhesh and Bagmati provinces.
