Kathmandu. The Sudurpaschim Provincial Government has formed an investigation committee regarding the incident where a tempo was pushed off a cliff in Kailali. As per a ministerial decision, the province's Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment formed a five-member investigation committee on Monday under the convenership of Province Forest Director Hemraj Bist.
