Kathmandu. The Department of Meteorology Forecasting has stated that a western low-pressure system is currently exerting a partial influence on the upper atmosphere of Nepal. Due to this influence, there is generally cloudy weather in the hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, and the Himalayan regions of Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim provinces, while the hilly regions of the remaining provinces have partial cloud cover.
