Police arrested 46-year-old Sant Bahadur Kumal, a resident of Chhalditar, Isma Rural Municipality-2, on Thursday morning on the charge of murdering his 3-month-old son, Subas Kumal.According to the police, Sant Bahadur allegedly killed the minor son on Wednesday night after consuming intoxicating substances.
