The District Court of Jhapa has achieved a progress of 60.02% by resolving 4,535 out of a total of 7,549 cases in the fiscal year 2082/83.Although the court had set a target of resolving 65% of cases in the said fiscal year, it had to be limited to 60.02% due to various reasons, informed Umesh Prasad Luintel, Chief Judge of the District Court Jhapa.
