National Assembly Passes Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Bill, 2083

Kathmandu. The 'Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Bill, 2083' has been unanimously passed from today's meeting of the National Assembly.Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Sobita Gautam presented the proposal to pass the bill on behalf of Prime Minister Balendra Shah.The bill, brought to replace the ordinance, was received with a message from the House of Representatives. The Assembly has accepted the committee's amendment.
