Kathmandu. Senior leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, Balen Shah, has secured victory. His lead in the ongoing vote count in Jhapa-5 is now less than the remaining votes to be counted, ensuring his win.According to the latest count, Balen has secured 47,779 votes, while his closest competitor, CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli, has received 12,699 votes.
