Vijay Bahadur Malla was born on Ashar 10, 1982, in Ombahal, Kathmandu. He was the second of four sons born to Riddhi Bahadur Malla and Ananda Kumari Malla.When Vijay Malla was six months old, he moved to Kalaiya with his parents.
