A hearing has begun in the Supreme Court on the writ petition filed by former Nepal Electricity Authority Executive Director Hitendra Dev Shakya demanding reinstatement to his former position. The writ has been scheduled for a single bench hearing by Supreme Court Justice Kumar Regmi.Shakya was appointed as the Executive Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority by a cabinet decision on Chaitra 11, 2081.
