Following the escalation of religious harmony in Captainganj, Sunsari, the Home Ministry has revoked the responsibilities of the Chief District Officer (CDO) and other security officials there. DSP Nandkishor Mahato, working at the Captainganj unit of the Armed Police, has been recalled and DSP Madan Nath has been sent there.
