Infrastructure Development Minister Sunil Lamsal has directed the concerned bodies to submit a concrete framework for post-Rasuwa flood reconstruction within three days.Speaking at a meeting held at Singh Durbar on Monday, Minister Lamsal stated that along with the rescue and relief phase, it is now time to enter the reconstruction process.
