KATHMANDU, July 27: Nepal Police arrested three individuals on charge of their involvement in the call bypass, breaching the state rules that led to a significant revenue leakage.
A team of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) arrested chief of Dhanusha Land Revenue Office Sunil Kumar Jha with bribe this morning.

One more person has been arrested on the charge of involvement in the bomb blast that took place in the land revenue office in Lahan of Siraha. Ram Jatan Mukhiya, 20, a resident of Labakatol in ward no. 3 of Laxmipur Patari rural municipality, Siraha was arrested by Siraha police this morning.
The team mobilized from Area Police Office, Lahan arrested from Loktantra chowk in ward no. 1 of Lahan, Deputy Superintendent of Police Tapan Kumar Dahal said.
One employee of the office and seven others were injured in the blast that took place on March 14. Prior to this, Ram Rijhan Yadav,25, of Sukhipur municipality and Abhimanyu Giri,26, of Laxmipur in Siraha district were arrested on the charge of blasting an improvised explosive device in the office.
The Tarai Janatantrik Mukti Murcha, Goit group had claimed responsibility of the incident.
