According to the latest data from the Nepal Pharmacy Council, there are currently 8,563 pharmacists and 17,692 pharmacy assistants nationwide.According to updated data, 33,299 drug vendors are registered with the Department of Drug Management. Only 15,034 of the registered drug vendors have renewed their licenses. There is a risk of drug sales and distribution from pharmacies whose licenses have been canceled.
