Rapper Laure ordered to be released on Rs 50,000 bail

Kaski District Court has ordered to release rapper Laure on bail on Tuesday. He was arrested with drugs from Pokhara on 29 December 2021. According to the District Police Office, Kaski, Ashish Rana, also known as Laure, was released on Rs 50,000 bail.

POKHARA, December 30: Popular Nepali rapper Ashish Rana Magar aka Laure has been arrested from Newroad, Pokhara. According to SP Ramesh Thapa, Rana was apprehended on Thursday in charge of consuming drugs. Rana is also one of the judges of a reality show named Himalaya Roadies. Along with him, a gang of drugs “smugglers” have also been arrested, according to SP Thapa.
