The probe committee formed to investigate into the disappearance of Jaya Singh Dhami of Darchula district after falling into the Mahakali River submitted its report to the government Tuesday evening pointing that the incident happened in the presence of the officers of the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), the border guarding force of India.
The five-member committee headed by Joint Secretary Janardan Gautam of the Ministry of Home Affairs submitted the report to Minister for Home Affairs Bal Krishna Khand at the Ministry this evening, according to Joint Secretary and Spokesperson for the Ministry Phadindra Mani Pokhrel.
