Kathmandu. The ministerial government quarters in Bhainsipati, damaged during the Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav) movement, are being reconstructed with an investment of approximately 40 crore rupees.The work on the structure and interior of the damaged buildings is ongoing, with a target to complete by the end of Asauj.
