Police arrest three more individuals over potential obstruction of squatter settlement clearance

Kathmandu. Police have arrested three additional individuals on suspicion of potentially obstructing the clearance of squatter settlements. Those arrested include RN Kunwar, General Secretary of the United National Squatter Front, along with advisors Dalmardan Karmi and Dinesh Sunar. They were apprehended from the Thapathali area, according to SP Pawan Bhattarai of the District Police Range, Kathmandu.On Friday, police arrested the acting chairman of the Squatter Front, Narayan Pariyar, also known as Narayan Parishrami.
