Bibeksheel Nepal Party President Rabindra Mishra has proposed abolishing federalism and holding a referendum on secularism to change the course of the country's politics.
KATHMANDU, Nov 21: Rabindra Mishra, a candidate of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) is currently leading the vote count in Kathmandu-1.
As per the latest update, Mishra is leading the vote count with 2,416 votes followed by his nearest contender Prakash Man Singh of Nepali Congress with 2,302 votes.
Likewise, Kiran Poudel of CPN-UML has garnered 1,155 votes while Pukar Bam of Rastriya Swatantra Party has collected 1,365 votes.
Likewise, Ramesh Kharel has garnered 1,066 votes.
